what is our philosophy?
To bring out the rich, full-bodied flavor of our coffee blends, we roast our beans for 15 to 18 minutes. We then store them in degassing silos for four days so that the wonderful sensory properties of the blend can fully develop. We have spent years studying, testing, tasting and experimenting to determine the exact amount of time needed to create our special flavor profiles. In addition to excellent raw materials, time is an essential factor in obtaining the perfect cup of coffee.
